By accessing or using HTIC (htic.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

HTIC provides a web-based platform and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You agree not to use the service to: violate any laws; infringe on intellectual property rights; transmit malware or harmful code; harass, abuse, or harm others; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.

All content, features, and functionality of HTIC are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit.

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HTIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
